Where is it being held?
The Convention has moved to a  NEW  location!  We are now located at:

  Rochester Riverside Convention Center, Rochester, NY

When is it happening?
May 29-31, 2008

What are the hours?
Thursday: Exhibit Hall open 5:00 - 9:00.
Friday: Doors open at 8:00 am. Exhibit Hall open 9:00-7:00.
Saturday: Doors open at 8:00 am. Exhibit Hall open 9:00-5:00.


Thursday Evening Shopping Time
Thursday evening the Exhibit Hall will be open from 5:00pm - 9:00pm. All registrations include Thursday evening admittance.

Children and Infants
Children (non-teens) are not encouraged to attend the convention, however, if they do, they MUST stay with an adult at all times. Childcare is not available. Nursing infants whose parents are considerate of others are welcome to accompany you for free. Rooms are available for nursing, feeding and changing. Please bring your own supplies.

Registration
Please mail all registrations to: NYS LEAH, Inc., 123 Stolp Ave., Syracuse, NY 13207. Registrants will receive confirmation by mail, including name tags required for entry into the Convention. Confirmations, including a schedule and list of exhibitors, will be sent after April 1st. Email Registration Coordinator with registration questions. Click here to view fee schedule.

Volunteers
We have a great need for servants who would like to help make the convention run smoothly. If you would be willing to give an hour or two of your time, in the spirit of Eph. 6:7, to serve, please send the post card which will be in your confirmation letter or email Volunteer Coordinator. Thank you in advance for your willingness to serve the Lord in this way.

Pastor / Missionary
If you are in full-time ministry as a pastor or missionary, you and your spouse are offered a generous registration discount. Please provide church letterhead, bulletin or other documentation along with your registration form.

Refund Policy
Refund requests must be postmarked no later than May 1st. All refunds are subject to a 50% cancellation charge. No refunds or adjustments will be made at the Convention or after the event.

NYS LEAH Commencement Ceremony
Saturday June 4th, 2007 at 5:00 pm. For more information prior to the convention see Commencement Information page or send an email to: Commencement Coordinator. During the convention stop by the Commencement Booth, located near the NYS LEAH booth.
